THE 2019 BRADFORD BULLS WOMEN’S ANNUAL AWARDS EVENING TOOK PLACE YESTERDAY EVENING – WITH SEVEN INDIVIDUAL AWARDS WON AS THE CLUB CELEBRATED KIRSTY MORONEY AND BETH SUTCLIFFE’S FIRST YEAR IN CHARGE.
A sixth-placed finish saw our Women’s side just miss out on a play-off place – with encouraging displays against the top four leaving a platform to build for the youthful side heading into 2020.
Grace Ramsden proved the big winner on the evening, picking up two awards to cap her debut season in the red, amber and black – collecting the Forward of the Year and the Fans’ Player of the Year.
Savannah Andrade was voted the Players’ Player of the Year following a year which saw her transition to centre and score six tries.
Sarah Dunn was voted the Back of the Year and Olivia Wood won the Coach’s Player of the Year – both also enjoying a successful first year as a Bull.
Millie Taylor, another new signing ahead of the 2019 season, was voted the Young Player of the Year, with Amy Hardcastle voted Woman of Steel for her industrious displays in the second row.
