JOE KEYES HAS BEEN NAMED IN IRELAND’S TRAIN-ON SQUAD AHEAD OF THIS AUTUMN’S EUROPEAN QUALIFIERS – THE HALF-BACK REWARDED FOR HIS SENSATIONAL FORM SINCE RETURNING FROM INJURY IN JUNE.
Since returning from a six-month layoff, the 24-year-old was instrumental in an upturn in form that saw John Kear’s side register seven wins from the final ten outings.
The half-back, sponsored by George Timberley, Amelia and Jayden Cuffe, scored eight tries and kicked 51 goals for a personal haul of 134 points as Bradford were pipped to a play-off spot.
Keyes arrived at Odsal Stadium in 2016 and has become an integral figure in the red, amber and black – last year signing a fresh, two-year permanent deal with the club.
